At PERGOLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living investment. If your pergola or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery provided the items are in their original packaging.

Prepare for Pickup
Ensure all components are securely repacked in their original crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit; unboxed items cannot be accepted.
Schedule Collection
Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your freight shipment.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
